I have a fairly old car and came to Tru-Vu auto to have some of my actuators for 3 of my windows replaced. I received a quote to get them all fixed and decided to go for it. When i returned to pick up my car I checked and all the windows seemed to work. But one window in particular seemed like they didn't replace the actuator. It does work but moves very slowly. When I was given a quote they included all parts and labor. Also two of my doors had pieces dangling or not placed back properly. The one that frustrated me the most was the door handle in the back door left with out the screw not placed back so when my wife went to shut the door from the inside it caused the handle to bend and now when I put it back it is clearly damaged. Suggestion make sure to check it out with them there and also do a thorough check before to you leave the shop.
