Yoga Lily is a studio where you can walk in and every single instructor welcomes you and addresses you by name. Plus, the class sizes are small so you get that individualized attention to make sure there's no chance of you getting injured during your practice--the yoga training is really solid in terms of studios in this area too. And you can get some great deals on class packages. I always leave feeling better and more relaxed than when I arrived!

Yoga Lily is great! Teachers are very patient and they have a good variety of glasses between gentle and more of a flow. Just wish they would add a few more evenings/Sunday classes.
Beautiful, clean studio. Classes begin promptly. Instructors are able to accommodate all levels. Great flow through classes. I recommend their aerial yoga classes to everyone.
I’m have been a student at this studio for almost two years. Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Staff is knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend and look forward to continuing attending classes at studio.

I enjoy going to Yoga lily studio for my Saturday yoga. They have great teachers like Heather and Kristin. I’ve been to Fairifeld and Westport yoga centers, but I love the attention I get on my practice and the teachers here are really awesome
I can't even begin expressing how much I love this studio and ALL of the classes. Joining this new, beautiful, neat studio was the best decision ever. It hasn't even been a month since I've been going, and the staff greets me by name, including some of the instructors! They have a variety of classes, from gentle yoga to fast paced classes, so rather you want to relax and stretch or break a sweat, this is the place! They meditation class is wonderful too, and the instructor gives you some drops of essential oils at the beginning of the class and the end. Also, they over complimentary Starbucks Iced Coffee or other refreshing beverage, which I think it is a very nice touch! Overall, I am MORE than happy with the studio, and I plan on keep going forever!!! Thank you Yoga Lily Studio for the amazing job, and making my life a little less stressed!
I am glad I fine this place! It is a new studio, the only yoga place that open 7 days a week around Monroe , Trumbull . If you love to have a powerful and yet gentle yoga class, come here. If you like to try different yoga styles , come here. Their instructors are friendly and know how to lead a class. The room is neat : hardwood floor skywindows . Yoga mats, blanket, bolsters, straps are available with no extra charge. Come to practice and find your insights. Come to make new friends!
