This is not readily apparent anywhere, but they do not have a public storefront. No sign, no front door, no one on-site. It was not clear on the website if they were just remodeling, temporarily closed for the season, or simply no longer operating a store. Don't waste your time driving out there if you're looking for pond supplies.

I would NOT recommend Aquatic Gardens to anyone. We have used them for years, but never again. My mother was in tears when they left her house this afternoon. She is a master gardener and spends HOURS on her garden weekly, if not daily. It is her passion. They had their fountain ponds cleaned out today and the sludge from the ponds was DUMPED into the garden. DUMPED!! It is all in the flower beds, on the walk ways, draining down to the pool...everywhere. (I will try to post pictures in the comments if I can). And thats not the only horrible thing. The guy who came out to clean it had all the kois in a barrel while he was cleaning the pond, well I guess when he went to dump them back in to the pond the barrel was too heavy for him. SO HE DUMPED THE FISH ONTO THE CONCRETE AND PICKED THEM UP ONE BY ONE AND THREW THEM INTO THE POND!!!! My mom was in disbelief! She came down there and there were dead ones floating in the pond. Horrible horrible service and completely unprofessional! Will NEVER use again or recommend!
Under new ownership, great experience. The staff was very helpful and the store was nice and uncluttered. I will return.
Nice friendly staff. Beautiful fish! The fountains are gorgeous. Its a bit pricey.. but you get what you pay for, right
Staff was nice, but the butterfly koi that we purchased Saturday died yesterday and they only have a 48 hour policy on fish death. If you spend over a hundred dollars on a fish and it dies in 3 days you are out of your money for nothing.
These guys are top notch. Highly recommend.
