I don't like to give negative reviews, But I wanted to make other buyers aware, thoroughly check quotes for measurements and colors. Coshatt product numbers are difficult to understand. Product is good but the service is lacking. I ordered several thousand dollars worth of shelving from Coshatt over the course of several years. Recently I requested to duplicate products from a previous order and trusted the sales person to get the correct information. There were many errors that sales person didn't catch and we noticed when product arrived and because of our grand opening timeline needed to set up our store. Coshatt offered little to no assistance to resolve the issue, We ended up paying for additional shelving and shipping at our expense for their mistakes. - I was notified wrong color shelving was being shipped - Shelving arrived incorrect height size - Heavy Duty shelving arrived support bars were wrong sizes and due to our product weight is bowing - Some shelving arrived damaged (Coshatt did replace) - We requested lift gate services and received a lift gate but because of how the product was packaged and length lift gate was unable to be used. (was never notified of this until shipment arrived) - Emailed sales person multiple times, when promised something it wasn't always followed through. Originally received product in Aug 2020, and four months later I am still waiting on parts of the order.

I paid this company and never received the shelving. Buyer beware. The company is stating that their email was hijacked and the money went to someone else even though I paid the exact company name and exact company address. I have to call my insurance because I respond to a legitimate email from their email address (not spoofed). Company owner Jim Ward is not a reputable business man. Mr. Ward in not being truthful. Here is exact wire transfer instructions from his company's email:Wells Fargo Bank NA 325 W Valley Ave, Birmingham, AL 35209 Account# xxxxxxxxxx Routing# xxxxxxx Coshatt Co Inc 1870 Woodlands Industrial Dr, Birmingham, AL 35173 They had their email address compromised I was not the only one effected. yet there answer is tough luck.
