My husband and I were looking for a manufactured home. We went to 3 different home centers. We finally ended up at Tru value homes. Dave Chesterman was great to deal with. He took a lot of time showing us the model homes. He had a lot of great suggestions on which homes to look at, based on the features we were looking for. The service we have received from Dave is second to none. We had never been through a construction loan process. He always tries to make sure all our questions are answered in a timely manner.

I purchased my home October 9, 2019, I have been going back and forth with Tru Value Homes (Tony and Austin). Tony was wonderful at the beginning of my home purchase. So many broken promises on my move in date. On October 24, 2019 the first part of my home was delivered, and the second part was delivered a week later. The other part was set up on November 2, 2019. To this day I am not in my home. Several promises were made about when I was going to be in my home. The first date was Thanksgiving that was a fail, then it was a promise to move in by Christmas. So, Thanksgiving and Christmas has come and gone! With that being said, I am still not in my home and very dissatisfied with my home. There are numerous defects and flaws in my home. I feel that you have let me down as a company. With me moving in that means that I am NOT satisfied with the work that is done at the home. I have exalted other means to communicate the importance of getting my home completed. ATTACHED ARE SOME PICTURES OF MY HOME

Dave Chesterman ,was my salesman he listened to to what I needed, and what I wanted. I went to several places, but Dave, was by far the they most attentive. Austin, worked with my very challenging situation. He , went way above what is standard. Steve , has been very patient and responded to every request, I have in positive and honest manner. I very grateful for them.
