Absolutely beyond happy and looking forward to future business here again!! As a person that deals with many different businesses for many different reasons it is always refreshing to meet an owner that is hands on, super knowledgeable, and very honest. Shifty was quick to great me with a friendly hello and handle my business in the quickest, most efficient, and affordable way possible! He helped handle every aspect of my situation and the transaction with ease and grace. He really cares! I was happy with my Gilroy experience enough to try the Morgan Hill location due to distance and I am SO glad I did!! 10 Stars**********!!!

Today was the third time over the past five or so years that I used TTM Communications and again they came through with flying colors, actually better. My phone system had a eplace system battery\ so of course I called TTM Communications. Instead of recommending that they come by my office, incurring an office charge, their tech Aaron walked us through how to replace the AAA batteries and we were back to normal. Period. This company has the highest integrity and I would recommend them to anyone.
