I was looking for a container last week and called Haulaway. I first spoke with Elyse and got great pricing. Elyse walked me through the entire process from billing to delivery and was very thorough. The container was scheduled for Tuesday 12/5 and Monday (the day before delivery) I received a call from Corey confirming the order and delivery timeframe. Tuesday the driver came right on time with my container and placed it perfectly where I needed it! I would highly recommend Haulaway they make it really easy and simple. It is great to work with a company that puts the customer first! Thank you Haulaway Team!

This group of people is phenomenal! They are always quick to respond, provide great prices and always jump in to help when you need it. We use Haulaway for several of our job sites for their offices and storage containers. Their delivery drivers are magicians at getting these containers in the tightest spaces and pulling them out easily. I would highly recommend using them for your storage needs.

Our company rented 4 containers from these folks for more than 6 months. The sales representative said that we could cut holes in the units in order to run power to them. Fast forward to 10 minutes ago, on 5/17/19, the driver in truck 55172 seemed to have a REAL problem with this. He greeted my coworker with "you got a welder?" He then went on to rage about the fact that he had to drop this unit off elsewhere etc. etc. Isn't that the sales representative's deal to handle this? Not the paying customers? We went on to explain that he had explicit permission to do so, and he went on to claim "no one said you could cut a hole in that." So we are liars? Guy was aggro when he dropped them off too apparently. Maybe as a company have some training on customer service. It's how you get repeat customers.
