Cheryl is a disrespectful, callous, careless, and cruel person. She goes around talking to her staff like they're her children. I've witnessed her talking to my mother's caregiver like a five years old. She displays condescending behaviors to her staff.DISGUSTING! No one should be treated like that, she needs to resign or change and be a better person. I was in so much disbelief of her actions, that I've decided to remove my mother who has been with the company for 3 years from this sickening environment. When looking for caregiving companies I look for a well-rounded company as everyone should. I love the caregivers dearly but, as an employer myself, I can not stand to see that type of behavior it is unacceptable.

We have had several clients relocate from the Detroit Metropolitan area to Atlanta. So when I decided to move I reached out to Applied Home Care. They made the transition seamless. Relocating with an elderly family member can be taxing. Ms. Cheryl made several suggestions to make the move easier and was Johnny on the spot when we arrived in Atlanta. She came to my home and met my father and he instantly fell in love with her and her staff. Ms. Cheryl and her staff were professional and knowledgeable; loving yet firm (my dad can be difficult to say the least). I can see that people and their well-being are her passion. When my in-laws needed a caregiver I asked for referrals and A lot of people suggested Applied Home Care. Still A bit reluctant because I would be entrusting them with my family I decided to at least call and get a feel for them. The owner Cheryl Rodgers made me feel so at ease and immediately removed all of my doubts. Mrs Cheryl and her staff are very professional and friendly but even more importantly, they treat their clients like family.

I worked for Applied Home Care for 5 years as a CNA. The Management Staff are consistently professional, pleasant and fair. There is always care and concern for both; client and employee. The mandatory staff meetings are an ABSOLUTE BLAST!!!....LOTS OF FUN WHILE GETTING BUSINESS DONE!!! Applied Home Care is definitely one of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of working for.
