For the customers that have bad experiences with this company just want to say that it use to not be like that. My grandfather Robert Earl Wilson sold the business in the 80’s. it’s going downhill from the new owners.

Seems like pattern with this company. The first guy I talked with seemed professional; took all my info and said they will provide a quote to my email address for a Anderson Series 400 Patio French door. It has been 4 days since I asked for a quote and three phone messages asking when they will provide a quote. No response to my phone messages and I have not received a quote. Even if they provide one at this point I am not sure they will follow through and order the door.

Guys, just go shopping next door!!! I have been in business for many years. Puts me in wrong position with my clients couple times already. I am done here. Also been waiting since beginning of the year for credit. They messed up order and still waiting for money back. I guess google reviews are very accurate in regards to BMC Tucker.

Salesman seems genuine. But can't seem to figure out how to give them money. A check I gave \was denied\. Turns out company they use to guarantee checks just wanted my bank to talk to them. Silly. Still have not picked up returns. Bad communication all around. Getting bought doesn't seem to have been a positive thing here. Update 3/9/2019. Not a quality services company. Had to keep calling them out to fix what they installed. Any cost savings was eaten up in management oversight on our part. Never try to buy custom doors either. Good for sticks and nails. Not so sure about the rest.

Ordered windows several times last 2experiences were horrible and terribly unprofessional ordered windows had sales rep come to make sure right ones were ordered since they were older and a little unique well that was a mistake windows came in totally wrongCustomer had to wait 21 extra days salesman measured them to make sure we wouldn't have this problem last time was the straw that broke the camels back ordered casement window cost was 700 bucks which was fine if not for the window looking like it was a previous reject from someone else,caulking on it was worst ever seen and bottom of the window look like it had been dragged who knows how far as each corner didn't match, one of the corners was thinner by at least an 1/8 of an inch from the dragging to make things worse when I returned it salesman tried blaming me just absolutely ridiculous with such and embarrassment for my customer to wait 3 1/2 weeks for that window to come in and look like that. Ended up putting old window back in customer was totally disgusted the way that thing looked coming off the truck . Have not been back there since won't ever go back too bad when it was Stock used to be much better.
