After several weeks of research, a visit to walk through multiple travel trailers and countless phone calls we purchased our brand new 2021 Grand Design 2670MK from Campers Inn RV of Tucker. Dannie helped us out initially letting us know what was available along with design features different models have to offer. During the process they answered all our questions about the rv itself as well as details about the purchase process including financing options. As soon as we got there we gave them our truck keys so they could put on the hitch for us. We went through the purchase paperwork with Todd and got all that wrapped up. It up it was all set up(awning and slides out), plugged in, cooled off and water in the tank so we could do a thorough walk through on how everything works. Derrick did a great job going over everything inside and out and was ready to answer any questions we might have-thank you!! The staff also walked us through the store highlighting items we would need for camping along with a few things we might want. We are now ready for our first of many camping trips!!!

I came here with a friend who was buying an RV. Facility is will taken care of and the staff are friendly. It would be wise to go in knowing what you want and what you are willing to pay. Do not get scammed by their Peace of Mind add on. It's not worth 1,000. It includes things that most RV dealers would include with purchase (like batteries and gas). Staff was knowledgeable and willing to admit when they were not sure of something. They do require financing; they will not let you pay cash.

I want to thank Marvin Henderson for his great customer service and his expert knowledge on RVs. I came by \just looking\ but walked away with a gorgeous Forest River at an amazing low and comfortable monthly payment. My fiance fell in love with our new RV and she already is looking forward to us cruising back roads and seeing the country. I recommend everybody to get their warranty protection plan for peace of mind!
