My experience at Jay's used car llc. hands down has been one of the best experience I've had at a car dealership. Mr. John is awesome and so is the owner....I don't know why there were some negative feedback but I can honestly say in my opinion it's BS....
We recently bought a car from there a lot in no less than two hours after arriving home a plethora of engine lights and warning lights came on. About a month later A terrible creaking noise started in the cabin of the car come to find out it was a broken suspension arm on the car. Six or seven major systems need to be worked on on the car while we were under the impression that the car was checked by a licensed mechanic. The car was overpriced and it’s a lemon, I’ve spent 5,500 with in 2 months of ownership. Would not recommend to anyone
