Kimberly and her team (I spoke with both Kimberly and Destinee) are the the perfect balance of professionalism and \family\. They were knowledgeable, prompt and courteous as expected professionally but they were also very responsive to my needs and searched for the best options for me, my budget and my family. They responded quickly to all inquiries, explained things in detail to ensure that I understood the cost and coverage and provided me with the steps to make transitioning to their State Farm family as seamless as possible. It's nice to be able to do business in person. Figuring out your insurance needs can be difficult over the phone and you don't always know if the person on the other end is being honest with you. I was so glad you do business with Destinee. She listened and understood my needs and my budget and I left knowing I was covered and that she could fix any issue I had in the future. I am still in shock! I’ve been dealing with an increase in premiums every six months with my previous agency for the last four years. Today I spoke to Kimberly with Statefarm and she assured me that I would get a quote today. Shortly after our call, Destinee called me back with good news.
