I've worked in renovations and design for over 10 year and I haven't ever been so disappointed in a project. My house needed waterproofing and structural support in my basement. The contractors disturbed my HVAC system (which stopped working for 5 days), my electrical outlets were arching (smoking) during demo, and my ductwork was disturbed and not replaced quickly. The waterproofing wasn't tied into the sump pump correctly. The drainage system on the exterior of the house doesn't catch the water properly and I now have crystals forming on top of the basement French drain (which is a sign of standing water). Although some of the initial problems were addressed, I've had the owner (Mario) out to see other problems. I was told it was done correctly. My lifetime warranty is void because I wouldn't trust them to fix it correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
