The people were nice in the beginning when it’s was about the money. Later, my mom was taken to a hospital’s emergency room from the facility. Her belongings and medication, antidepressants and thyroid, stayed at the facility. After one week at a hospital she was released. I picked her up and asked the hospital staff where her clothes were. I was told she had nothing. I called the facility and after 30 minutes, I had to call back to be told my moms belongings were still there. The following day, back in Yuma, 3 1/2 hours away, we discovered we did not have her antidepressants. It has been one and a half weeks since this and we still do not have her meds. I have been hung up on, sent to voicemail boxes that are full, told a message will be passed on to someone who can do something, and lied to. I left a message for the case manager, Sabrina, to let me know if the medications had been mailed to us our not. If not, let me know and I take an entire day to drive to Tucson, with my mom, and pick them up....Crickets..... Do not support this place or trust them with your loved ones.

My family is actually investigating this facility. My brother went to Harvard Law School [corporate focus], and we are now getting down to the nitty gritty details. Sure, the owners are in ecovery\ themselves... Let me say this- be careful about bringing personal belongings there. We have retrieved footage (numerous accounts) of techs literally stealing things from these poor clients seeking help. It sickens our family (and those that we have out reached to ;) Lastly, Melissa Rodriguez is a newly hired peer support \specialist \... Would you trust someone who claims they smoke blunts of marijuana on a 24/7 basis? Just because it's \legal\ does NOT make it ETHICAL in the law's eyes... #StayTuned

This has been one of the best experience I have ever had, I have been using for many years and was so afraid to seek for help. At first I was scared and worried how it would be, but the staff here is AWESOME! they make you feel safe, comfortable and just makes you feel like your all a big family. Bryan has been such a great influence and gives some of the best advice, he helped me realize I actually do have a purpose in life and every time I had a question not only about recovery but also about myself he knew exactly what to say. Another person who had a great influence in me, has been John he is a great mentor and has a way to speak that you know comes from the heart. He also preaches here on Sunday and doesn't just preach from the Book but from his life experiences, he actually makes it fun and educational. All in all this place is a great place to be if your serious about your recovery and actually want to make a change. I would highly recommend this place to any addict/recovering addict who actually is serious about there recovery.
