First, when printer was dropped off we were told it's usually 24 to 48hr turnaround. After not hearing anything for about a week I called and the next day we were contacted and told it was ready. They said they cleaned the heads, which I had done at home many times with no better outcome, hence I called a repair service. Paid 30 took it home and it STILL has the same problem. (did they not check it??) Ok, I called and was told I could drop it off again. I then asked if they did anything other than clean the heads and was told thats really all you can try to do with this type of printer. Since I had already done this several times at home I said it sure would have been nice to know this before I wasted my time and money bringing it there to have them do the same ting I did that didn't work. No apology or gee I'm sorry we didn't communicate that better, or ask you if you had already tried that....no offer to refund the 30 either. Seemed very nice on the phone but I'm very disappointed with the service. Not impressed. Do not recommend.

Excellent customer service. My printer stopped working properly and I knew it was one of three parts but did not want to purchase all three and figure out which one solved the issue. I called and was told the estimate was free. I ended up only being charged for the part I needed and they were a great help. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

They seemed nice but in my situation they basically were trying to scam me. I have a printer that had a power issue (wouldn't turn on) and I asked them to find me another power board, which they said they couldn't get. I diagnosed the board myself and found that all was needed was to replace 2 capacitors. They instead offered to take my printer and sell me one of theirs. My printer is an expensive one and I feel they were very dishonest.

This company knows customer service! I called on Thursday for a new front desk printer and Friday afternoon they were installing my new printer! My practice is in Bisbee and it usually takes weeks to get things done. The install was quick and informative. We all feel like we are in good hands! Thank you so much!
