I asked for direct cremation cost prior to my arrival and sending my family's remains. The low cost was needed. There were no hidden fees. The presentation was direct and to the point which I appreciated. The price I was told on the phone was exactly what they quoted without little add ins. Very reasonable cost for additional requested certified death certificate copies.

Started good in the beginning but towards the end no communication whatsoever went to Phoenix to be there for cremation was told I'll be back with my love one and next thing I know she's already in Tucson I'm still there in Phoenix waiting like I said no communication whatsoever even after I gave him my phone number
