I was looking for O'Rings to replace on my pool pump slide valve. Mark (sales person) was very pleasant and extremely helpful in finding all of the right O'Rings for the slide valve. Everything fit nicely when it went back together and the water leak was gone. BTW, buying O'rings from Cupp's was a fraction of the cost of buying the O'rings from a pool supply company...
