I have been a customer of Essential Pest Control for the past 4 to 5 years and they do a great job. The techs have all been well–trained and professional as well as punctual. When shopping for a new pest control company I found their rates were among the best for regular maintenance service and I feel that my rate now is still a great deal for their service after 5 years. The scheduler who took the intake call provided a phone number for the tech. so I'd know who was calling on the day of the appointment. The tech who came out was personable, informative and succinct. Top-notch service and care.
The technician who came out to perform the drywood termite treatment was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain precisely what he was doing and how the treatment works on a detailed level. He was efficient, arriving promptly and getting his work done quickly.
