Alan Katz is a true mensch and has always been good on his word, ethical in his dealings, and followed through as promptly as can be. I own a patisserie in bisbee and have purchased a lotta equipment here, both new and used. I’ve had some issues with a 30qt used Hobart I got from expert, and they’ve been quick to resolve, drive down to Bisbee *several times to resolve the situation. I prefer to not do business with anyone else for my shop needs.
