They had contacted me to interview after I submitted a news tip when I first moved here in 2016 about mail theft before I even pulled up with the move truck a package was stolen and then the segment aired a week later. The interviewer was also from the Pittsburgh PA metro area which was nice, he was courteous kind and professional! They followed up with me on it, I responded back but then never heard back from them \u200d️ I would of kept this at 5 stars but then I submitted a news tip on railroad crossing quiet zones overnight near downtown neighborhoods during the week and never heard back after multiple attempts... \u200d️ Update: They got back to me on the train horns thank you! One time I even used ear plugs and still got woken up

I've been watching 4-2 and after everyone changed time in the U.S.! They just can't seem to get the schedule right. It's amazing this is what they do!
I submitted an important news tip to KVOA using their website. My tip was about a big community event for a local nonprofit for people with special needs. Ricky Vazquez at KVOA wrote me an email less than half an hour later, after 9pm on a Friday. Then, I asked Ricky for advice about our nonprofit fundraiser. He took time again to write a list of local Tucson resources that are exactly what I needed. Thanks, Ricky! I also submitted my important news tip to every other local news organization that I could find. KVOA was the only that responded. This shows that they have an interest in the local community and that they want to publish the good news. They've earned five stars from me.
Talked to the News Room ! Amazing people.
Went on a field trip with my child's school and everyone was friendly and cheerful.
