Terrible experience. My elderly father was hospitalized with COVID-19 and one of the only things that he could eat was Gelatein high protein cups. Jennifer, the owner of Lexicon, promised next day delivery at 2.25 a cup for a case of 36 units for a total of 81. They called the next morning to tell me that it had arrived and when I went in to pick it up, they jacked up the price to 3.99 a cup for a total of 143.64 a case. This is almost double the price available online. I can only speculate that they decided to price gouge me because of my father's dire situation. Incidentally, their phone system is substandard. More often than not, I just got a busy signal when I called. Additionally, upon entry the store was surprisingly disorganized and untidy for a medical supply store. Do not do business with these unscrupulous people.

Fabulous company. After months of trying to order my favorite hand wipes, I finally found them on LMS's website. They're a little more expensive than when I've purchased hand wipes in the past from other places but during this pandemic, I needed them even more so. I placed an order Friday and they were shipped the next day.. and my order arrived on Tuesday! Very relieved I finally have my beloved hand wipes.

This is my second review. My compression stockings fell apart after having them a short time, called the owner, Jennifer Bell, and she immediately helped and replaced my old pair. Lexicon's service I have found to be outstanding. Jennifer just doesn't talk the talk; she walks the walk. Follow up and service is nothing less than exceptional!

Starting in feburary before the city required everyone to wear masks and higher hygiene standards, they were taking masks from big boxes and selling them at much higher prices in smaller bags. I saw employees touch the cash register and the phone and then re package the masks with their bare hands without gloves I didnt want to buy it from this place after I saw their poor hygiene standards contaminating the masks but had no choice because my business needed masks and everywhere was sold out Thankfully found another distributor later
