Phone calls are not answered (numerous attempts during business hours over several weeks) and website offers no link for stopping service. Ridiculous.

On July 28, 2020, my wife went to their office in Oro Valley and was treated very poorly. The women working there this day rolled their eyes at her when she asked them questions about transferring the utilities to another home we were moving into. They almost made her cry by being so rude and not being helpful. These public servants behave as though they need some compassion therapy, as we have been in chosa from this move and the last thing we needed were inconsiderate women creating a less than helpful experience. Someone should talk to them. That includes the manager.

We called to transfer/turn on our water after purchasing our new home. The next day, unbeknownst to us, the previous owner called to cancel the services. Oro Valley water utility turned off our services. We had to call again to get water and they charged us again. They charged us 2 activation fees and refused to refund one. It is not our mistake they canceled our account at the request of the previous owner.
