This was the worst experience ever. We had 4 pods delivered and that went smooth. Pick up was a major issue. They only picked up 3 of the 4 pods on the scheduled pickup day. We had other movers schedule to come after the pods were picked up but they left the 4th in the center of our drive way preventing access. We called 7 times and were told the driver is on the way back and to call back in an hour if they didn’t show up. We got this same answer for 7 hours in a row! Then the last representative told us pickup of the 4th pod was scheduled for 4 days later and there was nothing they could do. I can’t even have it towed or they threatened significant fees. You are at this companies mercy and hold times are forever after the sales process (of course thats quick - no hold there). I would avoid this company at all costs if you are expecting on time pickup... you will not receive it, they will put you on hold for 30 minutes at a time, they say they have no managers they can send you to, and ultimately they don’t care what inconvenience they cause. Moving is hectic enough. Avoid this headache.

So far PODS has been really great. All the people I spoke to on the phone and in person in Arizona were very kind, and helpful. The person who dropped off the POD was nice and did a great job placing the POD for easy access for us to load. It was picked up on time and everything so far has gone smoothly and the way PODS has explained it to go. We had all payments come out as expected oland in the amount as expected. The cost is much cheaper than a u-haul box, or truck. We haven't received our POD yet in Arkansas but I will add an update on that. Thank you for making cross country moving easy peasy.

I'm not sure if someone's belongings are in this Pod, or if a homeless person is living inside of it. What an eyesore.

PODS staff provided and excellent service to me and my personal property. Everyone in the chain of moving my belongings was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend PODS to anyone moving anything, especially long distance. I never questioned the security of my belongings; neither in transit or while stored at PODS location. Thank you PODS staff and management!

My daughter ordered a PODS for her move. They delivered it to our house this morning as I was on my way to take my son to school. I met the driver and signed for the delivery and specifically asked him to place the POD about 1 to 2 feet from the edge of my driveway where my truck is parked, so as not to be in front of my neighbor's house. We live in a cul-de-sac so the angle of the houses is a little tighter. He said \sure no problem\ so I left to take my son to school thinking that the delivery driver was capable enough to follow through. WRONG-O!! Their customer service is ridiculous and rude. They kept cutting me off. I asked to have the local manager call me so I could e-mail him/her a picture of the POD practically in front of my neighbor's house. Still waiting. They want to charge a 75 re-positioning fee. Are you kidding me? I told the guy where to put it. Again, this isn't my rental, it's my daughter's and her boyfriend's but I will NEVER use them.
