Theyve canceled my exam twice with the blanket statement “covid made me do it”, 1st exam scheduled for afternoon due to an almost 2hour travel time. When they rescheduled their attutude was “ here is your 0800 appt, which is actually 0730 because you need to be here 30min prior, now be happy about it” and you cant fix anything, because they never answer the phone! I wish i could buy them out and fire every single one of them and hire people who actually work!

Friendly staff and respectful, parking is far from the building you need to walk for about 5-7 minutes and its not easy to know the exact location from the first time
