I wish the sale items were more clear.. I love to know where the \deals\ are. Also, what do the yellow signs mean? Costco has such a great system, why not try and mirror them. How is it possible costco is so much more efficient? I like to keep both memberships, there is a clear difference walking in one store over the other.

The big question always is... Costco vs Sam’s Club, my 2 is always for Sam’s Club. Between their great prices, convenient mobile payment (you scan items on your phone & walk out), and pavement... yes, the smooth parking lot pavement I’m always recommending this place to everyone who asks.

Husband and I went to do curbside pick up last night. We waited for quite a while, but we're in a pandemic, and we're not the only ones using this service. Unfortunately a guy a few cars down doesn't realize that. He is raging to his wife, and the poor lady looked defeated. When the curbside employee came out to load someone else's car, the irate customer got out of his car to curse him out. The employee was very professional, apologetic, and tried to diffuse the guy. No luck. We were dreading that he would continue to berate the employee once his items were brought out, but fortunately his boss came out with him and offered the guy some baked goods as an apology. The took the goodies, but continued to gripe. When it was our turn, the Sam's employee was apologetic, also brought us baked goods, and we assured him that we were not upset. Yes, we waited for a bit, and that was a first, but we consistently receive good service, and they have curbside down, and we appreciate that service.
