Excellent service. Helpful in figuring out needs. Examples of different thicknesses and styles of metal on hand to look at and decide. Also, awesome cut craft pieces for metal designs for gates, lights etc. My husband's favorite metal stop in town and I find the most polite, helpful and easy going crew of all the places we've shopped for metal.

I've been shopping here for about 6 months now and it's always a great experience!!!
I don't know what is going on with this company lately, but their quality of service has really gone downhill over the past year or 2. Of all the orders I've placed in the past year, they have delivered 100% of them wrong! Shorted on number of pieces ordered, hinges missing from order, pieces not cut to proper length, not cut square, delays because they cut the wrong material, etc. etc.. They need to start hiring shop workers with more experience, and paying them accordingly... If you can't read a tape measure, or a cut list, or know how to use a square, or set a material stop on a cutting machine... why are you hiring them? This isn't rocket science! But you'd think it was from the excuses they've been giving me lately. My business, and many other Tucson businesses, rely on YOUR business getting things done correctly. Unless you are in the business of losing business, you need to get your act together Santa Rita Steel, because your service lately is completely unacceptable.
Unless you are making a large order don't waste your time. Been there a three times for some simple home projects and I always feel like I am not part of the club therefore I get really bad service. Go to industrial metal supply or Tucson Iron and Metal. They are much more willing to spend time and explain how metal works.
Someone took a good 20 minutes to show me around to decide on the best options for a 75 project. Have been back since. Friendly folks, great service, even for random individuals with smaller orders. Recommend.
