UPDATE: The business owners are in the middle of a family crisis and have installed half of my order. I am editing my review to reflect that situation. Hopefully, I will be able to upgrade this review later this week when they have promised to finish my order. I’m in the middle of the process right now, but I’m not encouraged. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and was promised installation today. When I called to confirm, I was told “next Friday”. When I pointed out that I confirmed the original date by phone with my calendar in hand, I got the response, “Maybe I didn’t write it down.” The curtains hadn’t even been started. I will post updates.

We chose Tucson Draperies over other custom window covering companies and we were happy we did. We love our window coverings! Tucson Draperies had better fabric samples and hardware choices that were beautiful and plentiful to choose from. They showed expertise in measuring and gave good advise for styling the windows we needed to cover. The pricing was fair and under the competition for the labor, fabric, and hardware. We were very impressed by the installation and follow through. I highly recommend you choose this company for your windows and upholstery needs! We were so impressed!
We could not be more pleased with Tucson Drapery! A locally family owned and operated business with unbeatable prices, selection and quality. After speaking with several drape companies, local and national, it was clear Tucson Drapery was the choice for us. They understood our concerns with installing drapes in an Adobe brick home, worked with us on hardware, and custom sewed our drapes so they would hang level (our roof is slightly pitched). If you are looking for new drapes, look no further!
