I made an appointment to only get my mattress cleaned and disinfected. He was doing my carpets. I told him I just wanted our mattress done. Not the carpet and moved the furniture back because I didn’t want my carpets done. He did our mattress and he finished leaving 8 rips on our mattress. It was clean despite the rips he made that it didn’t have before. Then he did our carpet after I told him not to. I was only wanting to pay 69 for our mattress. Instead he made me pay 110. The carpets look wonderful even though I didn’t want them done yet due to financial reasons. If I would’ve known I was getting our carpets done I would’ve moved all my furniture beforehand.. Our mattress looks cleaner just the machine he used caused many rips. I probably wouldn’t get another mattress cleaned by them again to avoid rips and tears. Probably just carpets done next time.

I’ve used the company like 8 times over the last few years. They have always been flexible with coming out to my house even at the last minute a couple times. The owner doesn’t try to increase the price on you when they show up like other places do. The price is the price and the job gets done well.
I'm beyond happy with this service. Went out of their way to help me with my floor AND carpet. I can't believe how clean my new house is. I recommend their work 100%. Best service in Tucson! Hable con anticipación, me pusieron cita y nunca llegaron, le mandé msg y tampoco contestaron. Ay que tener respeto por su trabajo y por sus clientes no se vale que lo tengan a uno esperando.
