Company is a joke. Management is garbage, they make customer wait for over a year for a gate because of backlogs. Tried asking for update but get the usual excuse. Prepare to wait for a long time for your gate and minimal updates.

They recently finished a gate at my house and the end product is good and high quality. The entire experience was terrible though, and one of the worst ever with a contractor. First off, it took them more than ONE YEAR to complete my project after I gave them a 30% deposit. ONE YEAR! 14 months to be exact. I knew when I signed up that they had a long backlog of work and expected to wait 9 months (I couldn't find anyone else). It took them five more months after that. The gate is finished now and like I said, we like it, but the experience has been pretty bad. Nothing personal against any specific individual, but throughout the process I didn't get the sense that any one person was truly managing my project. I did not have a 'go to' contact and had to resort to calling the company's main line and speaking with a receptionist who was friendly, but not knowledgeable. I will skip some of the other details but they still haven't completely finished the project, as they left a large (hazardous) hole in my yard with a bunch of wood and large pieces of scrap metal (too big for garbage can). Not the most professional thing to do. If there were another company out there to complete your gate project, I would choose them. Unfortunately I don't think there is at this time.
0 stars if possible. I started off as an existing customer who had some gate motor repairs done. Very pleased. Now I'm looking to replace the existing gate operators. I've left over 5 messages for their sales and service departments, in addition to several emails without response or even a call back. I even gave them a last chance opportunity to keep me as a customer but it has been radio silence. I'll be giving my business to another company now. I'll also be telling my neighbors about the lack/ non existing customer care.
AGE did a great job. The quality of the posts, gate doors and equipment is worth the money. Only thing that could be better is the timing- they were about 7 months out on getting the gate installed so start the process early. Other than that the team is great and quality of gate is great.
Horrible service: Con artists! Wouldn't honor our 1 year warranty on our service panel.. they said slugs got in to our panel and shorted it out. We called BS on that.. but they just blew us off. Their \technicians\ that installed the system were rude and CONDESCENDING beyond belief! They're the only gig in town and they know it. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. IF YOU WANT SERVICE ON YOUR SYTEM, YOU WON'T GET IT FROM THEM. They're horrible.. I can't say this enough.
