Very clean and nice building, from the inside and out. Parking is right next to the facility. There's also a bus stop right outside that takes you to Downtown Seattle. There are restrooms available. Staff was quick. I just wished that they smiled more. Arrive early for your appointment, lines can get long, but it moves along quickly.

They are doing their job and they are doing it well. Whatever there might have been unpleasant was not the fault of the office staff but the whole system. This particular office is a nice welcoming environment, very clean too. I can only say my thanks to the people who helped me through the process.

What an awesome day to become a U.S. citizen! The staff were absolutely fabulous! From going through security, to the interview, to the ceremony. No complaints at all. No bad service, no attitudes. All smiles and cheeriness. I'd say can't wait to visit again but...well hey. Not for me! I'm so happy and excited. Can't wait to get my passport and proudly travel with it. Thank you Director Tran for making a ceremony awesome! Your staff are awesome!

So easy and quick! Went there too early and the woman in the biometrics window 11 was so nice and considerate to call me in and process my appointment in a jiffy. Got out there in 5mins after picture and finger printing.

I've visited this office 3 times, and I feel confident enough to say that the officers here are doing a great job. They appear to be severely understaffed yet they take the time out of their day to help me through the complicated paperwork processes every time. I would've liked a bit more verbal communication as I was fairly clueless about how things worked, but it all worked out in the end, and relatively quickly as well. PSA: if you ever file a form online, MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE that you start with the official website: uscis.gov
