I'm a new tenant, so this review is regarding the move-in process. The manager, Cheryl, is very kind and helpful! After visiting the property, I was able to select a unit and Cheryl provided me with all the information I needed. Big thanks to her for the help.

Moved in last week and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. My last place was a nightmare because of poor property management, but North Hill is a huge improvement! Cheryl is a dependable property manager and even put up signs around the closest parking spot to my unit so I'd have a convenient place for the Uhaul on move-in day.

I lived here at North Hill for 2 years and rather enjoyed everything. The units are all clean, Southcenter Mall is nearby for all your needs, and right at a location perfect if you need to get to either Seattle or the Eastside. The little backyard is also a great place to hang out if you ever want to unwind from a stressful day. Cheryl, the Community Manager, is great. She would always follow up on any maintenance requests, made sure you had everything you needed to be comfortable, and was always friendly if you needed help with something. While I could've given a perfect score, my issue lies within some of the other residents which makes me question if rules are being enforced. For one, other tenants here do not know how to drive often speeding or just unaware of others driving or walking in the area. If you look at most cars parked there, most of us have a dent. I was unfortunately hit by another tenant one evening as I was going uphill when some lady hit me on the oncoming downhill side because she was going too fast and not paying attention to the steep and narrow road. I would also come home from work in the evening and get mail when some people would floor it right behind me almost hitting me in the parking lot. Despite all that, the pros outweigh the cons and I still enjoyed my time here with my needs taken cared of. Thank you very much Cheryl for making my stay very pleasant.

I don’t even live here *yet* and am so grateful for how kind Cheryl is! The nicest property manager I’ve spoken to over the phone during my apartment hunt and among any I’ve leased with! Out of 30 apartments I’ve looked into this is at the top of my list solely because of how awesome Cheryl is :) Property managers make or break your experience with leasing apartments and I am so pumped to apply here soon.

North hill is a great apartment complex. The office manager, Cheryl is very responsive to any concerns and always helpful! The only reason we are moving is because we need a bigger place.
