I've used Tuff Shed for two separate shed projects. The first was a smaller tool shed I ordered completely through the online designer. Everything went as expected. The shed was delivered within the estimated window. It took them a little bit longer to complete the install than initially quoted (it was an extra day or two), but it was otherwise exactly what I expected it would be. We're extremely happy with the quality of the shed. We were so happy with the quality of the shed, that when COVID-19 made working from home the new normal, we decided to order a larger Tuff Shed to be used as a backyard office. I started with an online order again, but after some questions I came up, I called Tuff Shed and began working with Theo. Theo was incredibly knowledgeable and using the online design we started with, help us put together a final design that we were happy with. Theo took the time to come out to our property before placing the order to make sure we'd meet Seattle's building requirements. After we made a down payment, Theo also helped us with the permitting for Seattle and locating a contractor for the foundation. Unfortunately, we did not follow through with the second shed due to our own financial circumstances (nothing to do with Tuff Shed). Theo was prompt with arranging a refund of our deposit. We hope to work with Theo and Tuff Shed again in the future!

I used the online design tool to pick the perfect shed. The process was simple and I am happy with the outcome. This is my second Tuff Shed.
Well my husband ordered the tuff shed online and months later we finally got the install on January 13th. When it showed up it was not painted in fact they painted the door of the shed but then apparently someone did not realize the shed was painted and walked on it, and stuck a few staples to the wet paint. Then the installation were we also did not get everything we paid for. First not painted, second no door handle, third no flower box and fourth no anchors. They left the job site a mess with nails everywhere which we had to clean up so that our dog and humans would not get hurt. I mean like 50 nails all over the ground. So then we are told that some one will come back to finish. Fast forward a week later. A guy who was supposed to show up around 3 because the sun set is early in January decides to show up at 6. He installs the door handle and flower box, but states he can't install the anchors because he needs to remove part of the shed and he doesn't have the right ones and it is dark. He leaves saying we will get a call to schedule for them to finish. So Now appointment #3. Tuesday 2-9-21. They are supposed to arrive between 9 and noon, but @ 1: 30 I call to find out if they are coming or not. Says oh yeah he is on his way finally at 3pm he shows. Slaps on the metal anchors and says that they will call us later when the weather warms up to pain it. Um no thanks. I am not wasting another day for them to maybe come and do a mediocre at best job to paint the shed. Basically you may want to consider some one else, or find out if they have everything to actually install before they come out. And to top if off nothing no apology nothing. For the price I am pretty disappointed. I think this is problem the worse service for such an expensive purchase I have ever received.
We love our Tuff Shed. The customer service out of Tukwila,WA was excellent! Great job on the installation and follow thru. I highly recommend this company.
We are very happy with our Tuff Shed. Nicco, the representative, was very polite and professional in working with us on our design and inspecting our backyard prior to construction. The construction crew was quick and able to finish the project in one day. We converted the shed into a chicken coop and everyone was very clear in informing us this would partially void the warranty. Tuff Shed representatives were excited to see how we modified the design.
