There seems to be a lot of fun stuff. Very nice employees. It was our first time—during Covid phase I. The major thing I didn’t like is how they didn’t enforce masks. There were lots of folks not wearing masks even though there are signs everywhere telling them it’s mandated. We will return once Covid is better so we feel more safe.

I purchased a coupon from Groupon. When we arrived at about 5:30, my kids and I decided to spend the points on 18 holes of mini golf. The cashier processed our coupon without any warning of closing time. Everything was fine until my 8 year old lost her ball in one of the structures. At that point, the girl at the window reluctantly gave her another. We were told that we could finish our game. About 15 minutes later, I assume the manager, came out and rudely told us that they were closed and we needed to leave. No apology, no warning, just the boot! I asked if we could have a refund to come back another time. He said there was nothing he could do and we were given enough time to finish our game. I explained that we had no idea that they were closing and felt like it wasn’t super realistic that 4 people (3 of them being small children), finish 18 holes in 30 minutes! I feel bad for the owners of the establishment having representation like this. My kids were having a great time on one of the few dry nights recently. Can’t do anything about it? Now problem! How about an apology and a little courtesy seeing how you do work in the customer service industry?!? Anyways, we won’t be returning. As for future guests? I guess my advice would be not to impede on the manager’s closing time... super disappointing.
