My employer has got to be one of their biggest clients nationwide yet I was treated like a nobody by a \customer service\ rep. The woman working the front of the store walked right past me once when I was looking for work shoes, I just assumed she was busy. Instead she walked past me and assisted a different customer. When I found the shoes I wanted and went to pay, she was ringing up a customer and walked away as I approached. No acknowledgement. No excuse. Nothing. Luckily, I was assisted by a man who knew how to treat customers because I was ready to walk out without my much needed work shoes. Thanks to those employees who did help me today.
