We are very happy with our awning. Their sales lady come to our site the same day, took measurements then we had an estimate the next day for approval. Once the awning was completed they come and put it up with no issues. Highly recommend
Worked with Ali for an awning for my residence. I contacted them as I wanted to use a local company who would not only manufacture what I wanted, but also install. After contacting them, they arrived promptly within the week to measure the awning area. A quote was emailed to me within the week. A date was set for estimated manufacture and install. There was a delay due to sickness with work staff and this was THOROUGHLY communicated with multiple emails. Installation was quick and painless as I watched them install it without having to worry that it would be installed correctly (or not) by me. Very professional. It was no hassle and best of all its guaranteed. I know where to find these people if I have questions or want something in the future. Sure I could have ordered an awning online and then worried about if it would fit, how would I install it. Prices were competitive as well. They did a great job on our storefront awning. Julie worked to offer a variety of options with mockups and the final selection worked out very nicely. They painted our logo on accurately and everything looks great!
