I love dealing with the staff at this Beltone office! They are so friendly, helpful and effective. My mother has been in lockdown in a nursing home the past year, and yet they have been able to do repairs and adjustments when I bring in her hearing aids. This has been a lifesaver for her, she’d be lost without the help for her hearing. And they are very flexible with scheduling which helps since I work full-time. A!!!

I haven't done business with this company other than being the unfortunate recipient of their deceptively titled mail they send with, \DO NOT DESTROY OFFICIAL DOCUMENT\ written on the outside of it designed to deceive you into opening it. I just happened to be in the market for hearing assistance, which they peddle, but will definitely scratch them off my list of companies to do business with. I, as everyone else, would prefer to do business with companies that don't try and deceive you. If I owned this company, I wouldn't want my first contact with a potential customer to be one where I try to deceive them. What would that tell my potential customer about the rest of the way my company does business? Why not clearly state what the letter is about with the name and type of company the letter is from? I would think that those who are in the market for the product would open it and those that aren't wouldn't, rather than wasting their time opening something they've been deceived into opening resulting in a negative view of the company that designed the envelope and a negative Google review? Just my two cents...

Joe was amazing! My new hearing aid works just like it should. I have no hearing at all in one ear, so a hearing aid will not help. He did a through hearing exam on my left ear, fit me for the hearing aid I needed, set up the app on my phone and had me approved for financing in a matter of an hour. I also purchased the ear buddy, which is simply amazing! Very pleased with the service I received at Precision Hearing Aid Center in Tulsa.
