How does a car trunk remain parked in the fire lane (with trunk wide open) from 10 at night until to 5 in the morning and it not get closed by \someone\ overnight last night? Is there a security guard or anything that would catch this even? I'm told we have one. Makes us concerned. So many homeless in the area last few days it seems. They are off and on property also it appears. It's just a matter of time before we have these creatures breaking into our cars. Love living here with friend but wow. Manager is a bit cold and abrupt but understandable with lots of responsibility.

We were thrilled to rent here when we saw all the shining reviews, it seems to be the best rated apartment in the tulsa area.. so I just want to give a more realistic account of what it was like to live here the past year: Pros: The location is fantastic, it's right off the highway and close to everything. Tucked away just enough that it is quiet, and we always felt safe. Maintenance guys were quick to come out and look at things when called. Cons: The foundation is extremely settled as evidenced by: Cracks in the walls. None of countertops are level. Doors don't stay latched (front door as well as bedroom). Apartment was not up to par upon move in. The dishwasher and master bathroom sink had to be completely replaced, and there was significant water damage under the sinks. The apartment is extremely drafty, and our heating and air bills were much higher than the house over 2x as large that we moved from. When we moved the fridge upon move-out to clean behind it, it was apparent that maintenance had cut a large hole in the wall when installing the fridge that had not been patched, instead it was \covered\ with a piece of cardboard. While the maintenance guys were quick to come when we had an issue, they frequently did not actually fix the issue upon first attempt and often had to be called back more than once. Does not include in-unit washer and dryer, or microwave, and costs more in rent than bigger apartments that do include these in-unit appliances. For what you get, and the problems we encountered, the pricing at brittany square is outrageous. As we were moving out, a neighbor that hadn't been there long told us they were also moving out soon due to disappointment with the complex.

My husband and I lived at Brittany Square a little over a year before we bought our house and we loved it. We had both lived in other complexes and Brittany Square was the best by far. We had a beautiful view of the park which our dogs loved. The only problem was our dogs destroyed the carpet so we wished there wasn't any carpeting. That's on us though.

I've rented many apartments in Tulsa and none of them felt more like home than here. Very quiet, great neighbors, and most importantly I feel safe. Mindy does her best to make sure her residents are happy! Been here for 5 years and do not see myself calling anywhere else home! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to call home!

After reading a few of the reviews, I wanted to share my experience here at Brittany Square. My husband and I have lived here at Brittany Square for 6 years and we have loved every minute of it! The maintenance men are always prompt and thorough about resolving our issues and the office staff is always kind and helpful. Its also in a great spot, my children love that we live so close to the Gathering Place and I love that it is such a short commute to work. They are also very dog friendly, and I think the rent pricing is fair. In the 6 years we've lived here they have only raised rent twice which is basically unheard of, especially compared to other complexes we have lived at. I think Brittany Square is a great place to raise a family and I plan on staying here for many years to come.
