I toured the Web site rather than view the apartments in person, filled out my application online and completed the entire process up to the day of receiving keys without meeting staff face-to-face, and I was impressed by the amount of communication and care the management took in handling any concerns I had. The entire process went so smoothly but is what I’ve come to expect from this property management company from past experiences. Asia is friendly and down to earth, and her professionalism is top notch. I put in a maintenance request on the day I moved in for a burner on my stove and it was seen to within two hours. The neighbors, too, have been very considerate and nice. Overall, I’m very happy with Cascata so far and will recommend these apartments to friends and family!

A \Terrible\ rating really isn't fair. I was asked how they did in resolving my issues. I submitted two requests yesterday and neither have been addressed. They may do a great job but hard to tell until they actually come to do the work!
