USAA had them evaluate my vehicle after a wreck. When I picked it up, my radio was gone, and the remote start key fob was gone. Of course they have pictures to prove it was gone when they picked it up..... Insurance agent found a picture that if you zoom in you can see my radio in it. First picture is after I picked up the truck, second picture is what they took when they picked the truck up, 3rd picture is the second picture zoomed in.

The most absolute rudest and cruelest, cold hearted company I have ever been to. They make mistake after mistake. And can't even admit it. Told me it was my fault for a glitch in their system. I told them this is getting old. I was asked, why do I keep buying from them if I don't like the mistakes..... And I was pretty calm. I was told they don't need me as a customer. And told me they would even call the police on me! Lmao when I was trying to figure out why the app told me a certain price and when I got there it was more then what I was told. Their answer was they don't know. That's just how it is and I have to pay the extra or they will charge me fees to put the car back and ban me from their property. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. They do NOT care anything about their customers. They have the mentality that they r untouchable and don't care about anything. I definitely won't be using them again. And I know several people who stopped using them for the same reasos. I caution you to buy from the tulsa lot. Rachel flashy is the rudest. And she is supposed to be a supervisor. She is a C**t

Great experience got exactly what I expected. The service was outstanding they answered all my questions. I would recommend copart especially in tulsa to any one. Do your research of the vehicles before purchase. If you're unhappy with a car from here that's on you not them. This was the best customer service I have ever seen. The vehicles are what they are so make sure to see them in person and use copart inspection tools and or auction io before bidding. You also can do a search on google for a copart calculator. It's pretty accurate so that way you don't over bid due to extra fees.
love this auction the best auction I've ever been to my company buys all of our trucks and sells most of our equipment there the staff is very helpful friendly and are willing to do whatever you needwhen looking for a car or have something to sell I highly recommend Copart West is absolutely great at his job and will do anything for you
