They help me get a better life. They help me get rid of my problems. Like my dad always calls me a lot mean words to me. My mom does not do anything. All she says is to ignore him cause you are not that. But COPES helped me more than my family. I got sisters but they are just little girls.

Where is zero stars? What exactly can they do? I called on Friday and was told there was nothing they could do to help. They were not even going to come out until TPD called them, when he did show...he did not even speak to him. Saturday AM we find ourselves getting him out of I44 walking barefoot in the middle. OH THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP TIM! I am new to all this but I guess they cannot help unless someone is bleeding or dead if they are over 18. No wonder the jails are full. Our Federal Grant money at work! Called Saturday and they didn"t even show up.
Ending my life this morning
If you need someone to talk you down from doing something, these are your people. Its 3:32 am and 30 minutes ago I've never been so hysterical in my life. I called hesitantly, a man answered; and he listened. Listen to all my stuff, big and small. My life is literally falling down around me. Now, I can finally NOT cry for the first time in 11 hours. He had a caring voice, and good advice and helpful tips. Idk what these negative reviews are, but if you need someone to calm you down and make you feel not alone at weird hours; call this place. Thank you COPES.
Copes will not always come out. They will call in cell which can make the mentally ill upset. They do nothing unless the person says they r going to hurt themselves r others. It’s no help in my situation.
They report everything you tell them and don't get you help. Especially if you are a father or mother with children they call DHS before helping you first.
Terrible people. Never call them. They will definitely make your night worse. They are only interested in getting police involded. If you speak to Jake HANG UP. His goal is to push you over the edge so he can call police.
