It is unbelievable that you are still in business. I would only send people who were as narcissistic and rude as you and your technician to your offices. The rudeness that I was subjected to was extremely unprofessional and has been reported to my doctor and my daughter, who is a nurse, and has directed people to you in the past. Anyone who has used the same tests for 23 years must be ignorant as medical knowledge changes constantly. If I were you, I wouldn't use that as a bragging fact. It tells people you do not keep up with the advances in medicine. Be assureed that I will be filing a formal complaint against you and your technician. I wish for you the same that you give.

I thought Dr. Hansen was a highly intelligent and compassionate man. Ginger at the front desk was a sweetheart and very accommodating, super friendly. Unfortunately, the person I didn't care for at all was the lady that did my testing which was a full 8 hrs of testing - I believe her name was Kim. She was very cold, rigid and made me feel guilty if I needed to go to the bathroom or eat a snack. I got there right at 8 am and she was unlocking the door, she had just arrived. She didn't say good morning or even acknowledge me at all, no smile - nothing! I knew then I was in for a long day. When you are working with individuals that have neurological problems, you should always be a warm, fuzzy person not cold, rigid and strict. This person can make/break your office and speaks volumes for the doctors there. I don't believe this is the job for her. But thumbs up for Dr. Hansen and Ginger - you both are wonderful!
Heard you think I'm a \liar.\ Of course, after having the misfortune of spending two afternoons in your company, I realize that's code for, \Wasn't impressed by my Ph.D from Missouri and is actually aware that I'm terrible at my job! Waaah!\ Thanks for giving my three best friends and me--all FAR more accomplished than you and all notoriously honest--a giggle! Will never think of you again, as I already have far too many chubby, middle-aged, mediocre white men who think they deserve my thoughts and energy to add such a complete nonentity as you to the list, David Hansen.
