Dealt with them to pay off a card. Argued with the gentleman for about 20 mins to pay off the account in full because it was an inconvenience to cancel payment for 2 more months. After closing my account early I requested a letter of pay off. 5 weeks go by and no letter. Kept calling and it has been in the mail for 4 weeks. Of course “not their fault”. Finally requested an email form of it. Took them 3 days and me calling every day of that. Received a VERY passive aggressive email with the pay off letter stating it is not the business fault that it took them 6 almost 7 weeks to mail a letter. Horrible customer service and very lazy staff. 10/10 worse company I have ever worked with.

Worst place I have ever worked. Its family owned and run. Poor communication and they set you up for failure. Unorganized and managers will cuss you out for making a mistake.

They sent out scam letters of collections that have nothing to do with you. When you try to call them to get them squared away you will get just a busy signal they know who to hide from, what a scam
Was employed there for over 20 years. Employees were fun, management staff supportive. Felt blessed to be part of team last 2 decades. Great place, will miss u.
