Have tried for months to get a new pool cover kelts saying we had to provide the number off the cover ... hello it’s been outside for the last 15 winters there’s no numbers left Have actually went by or called for last 2 weeks can’t get any answer or doors unlocked but no one around too old cover so they could at least measure how they needed to get a new and they refused and if I purchase the one they “think” will work it’s non refundable and they don’t take credit cards!! Absolutely would have went elsewhere if I could have

David did a Wonderful job. Made a few changes on location of our Pool but after it was installed we could see it made much better sense than our ideal. We have called him a couple of times and he always talks to us about \What to do & What Not to do\. Small operation but great Quality !!!
I had forgotten what it was like to have a contractor with good work ethics! These guys show up to work and do whatever it takes to build you a quality pool. This is a smaller business, so If you want a pool installed today then this is probably not the place for you. If you are wanting an honest company who takes pride in there work and does impeccable work then this is absolutely who you want to use. We are very pleased with our pool .
I would stay away! David (the owner) charges a little lower than other pool installers but lacks professionalism throughout the process. We placed a deposit on the pool and later cancelled since he never installed it. He told us in the beginning and throughout the process that the deposit was fully refundable if for some reason we decided not to move forward, but only once he sold the pool to another buyer, which only made sense. He refuses to refund the deposit (2,000) and says that we can sue him if we want our deposit back. Very unprofessional... again, please stay away and use someone more reputable!!!
