Mallek

Refused to see my friend with a burst ovarian cyst. When she broke down sobbing due to the pain, they threatened to call security on her. She had discharge. They still refused to do so much as an ultrasound. Horribly rude. It burst while she was waiting 5 hours. If you need to be seen for anything other than a heart attack, don't go here. They'll call security on you for being scared and in pain.

The only thing good about this place is you will never see anyone that works here at St. John's or St. Francis because they aren't good enough to work there.

Just horrible. Not the doctors. I never saw one. But in my 3 hours (with no doctor) I saw the RN take her sweet time getting a wheelchair for an old man.(honestly, he could have gotten it quicker than her.) I am a waiter/bartender. I hope the R.N. And the receptionist sit in my section one day. I will give them the same service.

The dr, nurses and staff are amazing. I was in and out pretty quick. It's an emergency room with people more in need them me so I understood the wait. The dr talked to me like a human and was very kind. The nurses were juss as kind. After learning I couldn't afford my medication they gave me a coupon. Still I didn't have enough they knew that. The nurses gave me the money I needed from their own pocket. I have never been to a better place. They really came through for me. Thanks to all the staff!!
