Updating: i have adjusted my rating as the location manager called me to apologize and try to fix the situation. I greatly appreciated the call. Customer service is not completely dead at Inland...... Dropped a drive shaft off for repair. No call, so I called them 5 weeks later when I needed the drive shaft. They couldn’t find it. Once they located it based on my description, they said it couldn’t be repaired, just need to buy a new one. First off, 5 weeks to say you didn’t want to do it? Second, a new one is 1300! And lastly, drive shafts of Tulsa fixed it in 4 hours for 120!!!!

This shop is great. I have a few trucks in my fleet that I bring here. I'll admit, it is not the fastest turn around in the world but the work is always done right and for that it is worth the wait. They also have an excellent price as compared to the OEM.

Kief in service won’t warranty a transmission that had a year warranty on it. It was fixed in April and he’s had it wind mid February and is telling me the clutch was not used and it’s not in warranty. I haven’t drove the truck more than 5,000 miles since April and the clutch was used but I think these guys tell this to every warranty. I strongly urge to never to use!
