A friend of mine went her several months ago. Thought my Mom and I would try this place out.
First, you probably should make appointment. I did not know this, and we waited 20 mins before they could do our 30 min foot massage. No big deal. When you go get pedicure, if they are busy, you have to wait.
Second, the atmosphere was night, spa like (in my opinion). Since we did not schedule an appointment, we had to go 1 at a time. This part was \different\ it was extremely, dimly lit in the \foot\ massage area. Black curtains hung from the ceiling everywhere, sectioning off little private areas for massage.
The massage, I dont think the type of massage was told to the women that did my Moms massage. She got the works, massage! Scalp, shoulders, neck, arms, feet, legs, back!!!!! I had a man that did my \foot\ massage. **I was all fixed up, ready for the day, fresh out of shower, make up etc** and the \foot\ massage they will smear (lotion?) on your forehead, scalp, neck, shoulders....I asked them not to use lotion, cause I didnt want wild hair, or greasy hair the rest of the day. My massage was pretty hard, I was sore that day and the neck. My feet were soaking in a wicker basket, with trash bag or something in it. Water was perfect temperature.
Overall, it was very different experience, the price I paid, was worth the experience. Not sure I will go back though. If you are looking for something new to do, this is a fun experience. And you'll have a memory and chance to form your own opinion on this place.
