Charles is a great GC. He's calm, friendly, and competent. When we assume all GC's are assumed to be fine at their jobs - its the well executed details that shine. At the end of the day you're around your GC for quite some time if you think about it. Competence is a must, but friendliness, pleasantness, and these types of things do matter. I recommend Lyon Construction.
