Bad experience. Leased rent to own 40 foot container after storm damaged our barn/shop. Owner sold out to different co & they won't honor agreement.& want container back.

Ordering my container with Jeff was very easy. He listened to what I needed and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Also, Jessika worked real well with me in the process of delivering! They were very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely the worst business I ever dealt with. Can't get a name correct...John...I know complicated right? Sent a thug to my house to threaten my wife but wouldn't talk to me except to swing at me and run away. I am the customer. State they sent a certified letter but have no receipt? True I am 5 days behind however if they had any human decency or respect they could call and ask for me. Instead they ask for \Justin\ no last name nor do they identify themselves. When told they have a wrong number they immediately hang up. Then harass my wife. 4 payments left they're going to repo for 5 days without a phone call. Come and get it. You promised 24 hours so hurry up anything after that is just more harassment as you have already threatened my girls so are a threat. I have had enough of your thugs...2 came by threatening last night going to start defending my family. Yes you have the right to get your unit however you do not have the right to threaten and harass my family. Your unit isn't going anywhere until you get it no need to send people to my house after regular business hours.
John was very help full and pick out a great container for me. The doors open with ease and was very clean. Bill the driver was amazing and put it right where we wanted it. I would definitely come back.
All around a perfect experience. Excellent customer service, easy process. & my container is exactly what I wanted.
