The ladies in the grooming area were AMAZING! Had to get my dogs nails clipped and one was so afraid but they were so loving and sweet he calmed down. And they did a quick round on my other dog and I was so so happy with the experiance!!
I have not been in a PetSmart in almost 10 yrs due to a policy they once had. I am so glad we decided to stop in today. That policy has since changed. This store is immaculate and well stocked. The store has an amazing selection on products. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful! Thank you for changing my mind on PetSmart!!!
Large spacious store. Good selection with appropriate prices. They didn't have what I was looking for and referred me to a competitor. Who does that in today's cut throat business environment?
The groomer completely batched by puppy! I asked to take her 6\ hair down to 3\ and DO NOT SHAVE HER. When I arrived she said \I used the longest guard we have\. Completely ignored my wishes!!!
