Friendly, local dry cleaners and laundry doing quality work. Especially important to me is the fact they have an overnight drop-off. The crew has always been friendly and accommodating...especially with those of us who do not actually live in the area and have been sidelined by the pandemic. I just wish they were open on Saturdays.

Most cleaners I've used previously were simply adequate, but Phoenix is simply in a class by themselves. First, they do all their cleaning on site, so your clothing will be ready the next day. Second, the customer service is super very friendly they quickly retrieve your clothing by your name -- they don't even use tickers and never have to hunt for you clothing. Their prices are great and they even have free coffee!
I had a 500 white comforter cleaned here recently. It was stained all over on the back side. It did not smell good and they never called to tell me when it was ready, I had to call a few times and took a week.
First time, last time. I didn't get an invoice with services. I didn't get a receipt with services. I was charged for services I didn't request. I asked what my bill covered twice and they didn't disclose without a stern inquiry after the second request. The only positive was that it was a quick turnaround. Im very disappointed. You will not get my business again and I will share my negative experience.
